Net 30 Terms
If you have a Net 30 terms account setup with DIGITAL LIVING INC, any balance that exceeds 30 days in payment will adhere to a 1 1/2 % penalty charge (annual percentage rate of 18%).

Conditions for Return
- Item is returned in original packaging
- Item is returned with all supplied accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Item has not been registered with the manufacturer
- Item has not been applied for any rebates or other manufacturer promotions
- Is returned in the same condition received
- Item or packaging has not been defaced or misused Note: Please do not write RA# on items box
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Item is returned with a valid Return Authorization
If a return or exchange is required after our 30 Day satisfaction guaranteed period there is a 15 day additional time period allotted for return or exchange with penalty. Please review the following guidelines.
45-Day Return Policy Guidelines
- Items returned after 30 Day guarantee period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items returned will need to meet the conditions for return or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Item is returned with a valid Return Authorization
To request a Return Authorization please log in to your account and fill out the Return authorization form located on the account welcome page. Once received, our customer support department will email you a Return Authorization number with instructions for your return. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
